The FakeHunter Discussion Forum

I created the discussion forum to act as a supplementary resource for this blog. It is a place to share information and ask questions. It will also serve as a place to post warnings about fakes being auctioned on eBay (or other online auction sites), and to discuss the blog or fashion in general (ie. new designers, places to shop, etc).

    Hi, please post questions in the flickr forum. But, as for that guy's Dior auctions, it's hard to tell from the small pictures. Email him and ask for larger pictures and of detailed shots of the items.

    hi. i do own four (& counting haha) of the rick owens kicks and love 'em. my friend from korea was in ny recetly for fashion week and told me she'd seen real good fakes for around $30 in seoul and she'll try to cop me some when she gets a chance. do you know of any site(s) where i could snag a pair other than ebay? cheers

    hi, i recently found hidden at a thrift store this Christian Dior sweater, of course i purchased it. Im pretty certain that its authentic, but am not 100 percent. The tag says its 100 percent Orlon Acrylic, and what makes me not so sure its authentic is that it says made in USA. Other than that the sweater does not feel cheap, it feels amazing and of good quality.     Firstly, please post in the discussion forum that is linked from this page. Secondly, I think you have missed the point of this blog. This is an anti-fakes blog, not a pro fakes blog. I am not going to tell you where to buy fake shoes. The whole point of buying designer clothing should be about the quality and style. Fakes undermined that and give you crap for quality and half assed rip off style. Those who would notice an appreciate Rick Owens and other would know your shoes are fake, which would make you look like a guy with low self esteem trying to impress people, rather than caring about the quality of what you're wearing.     I have a question on a Gucci label, it says Emilio Gucci and underneath it says Rome and New York. It is a fur but it also has another tag inside of it. I don't know if it is a true Gucci. Please help
